Mr Chander Khera of ACHRE attended on 27 March 2015 a NGO debriefing by the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade on the Fourth Australia-Laos Human Rights Dialogue. The dialogue was held on 5 March 2015. It was preceded by a study group that met a number of government and civil society organisations.
