Some 30 senior students St Marys Senior High School in St Marys attended a lecture by ACHRE President Dr Sev Ozdowski AM about the origin and contents of the UN
Universal Declaration of Human Rights and about the current human rights situation in Australia and worldwide. During the question time St Marys Senior High School students
demonstrated superior knowledge of human rights issues and afterwards were awarded 2017 Citizen for Humanity Certificate.
