Dr Madeleine Mattarozzi Laming is an academic researcher and teacher. She has held various board positions in government and not for profit and community organisations. Her experiences sparked an ongoing commitment to human rights education and gender equity. She is a passionate researcher in education with a particular focus on social inclusion. She has a long-standing interest in the impact of education on members of marginalised communities. She was the past president of the Australian Federation of University Women, a recipient of the Institute of Community Directors Australia Award Program in 2018 and the Victorian Women’s Board Leadership Program scholarship.
